Cover Family QUESTIONNAIRE

Thank you for your interest in being featured on the cover of The Land Above, we are very excited to get to know you and your family!  As with most thing we have deadlines and in order to meet our deadlines we need to make sure you have time and are ready for your close up.  In the event that life gets busy and you do not respond to schedule your photoshoot, your family will unfortunately be placed at the end of our list of families. 

Please provide an article that is a minimum 600 words and email 8-12 (high resolution) images to go with the article to info@thelandabove.com.
